In parallel, a comprehensive dashboard system was implemented, featuring sub-dashboards tailored to different departments like Sales Operations, Real Estate Sales, Developer Inventory, Sales Updates, Membership Sales & Inventory, and Owner Demographics, enhancing data accessibility and decision-making across the organization
